1. Is there a box office?
Yes, we sell a limited number of tickets on site at the stadium. These are especially intended for people who have limited access to the internet. So it would be great if you could get your ticket online in advance and help ease the process at the box office.
2. Does my ticket include free choice of seats and standing area?
Yes, you’re free to choose. Your ticket allows you to sit or stand anywhere in the stadium. Except for a few marked spots, our seats are not reserved.
3. Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can easily pass your ticket on. However, each ticket can only be used once for entry. When scanned, the system shows whether the ticket is still valid.
4. Can I buy tickets for my friends under my name?
Yes, you can buy tickets for yourself and your friends. It’s no problem if your name is on multiple tickets.
5. Is my season ticket valid for 2nd Women’s Bundesliga matches?
Yes, your season ticket is only valid for our home matches in the Women’s Bundesliga. You only need a separate ticket for DFB Cup matches, which you can also get in advance in our ticket shop.
6. Can I buy merchandise at the stadium?
Yes, we have a merchandise shop clearly visible at the stadium entrance.
7. How can press, photographers and videographers apply for accreditation?

8. Does my child need a ticket too?
Children do not need a ticket for regular season matches. Entry is free for kids up to 14 years of age. For matches where we are reaching stadium capacity, a ticket may be required to help us manage numbers. We will inform you in advance.
9. Do I have to bring a printed ticket?
No, you don’t. The digital version on your smartphone is enough at the entrance. Of course, you can also print the ticket with the barcode if you prefer.
