1. I’ve bought a season ticket, but only the ticket for the next home game is showing in my Wallet. Does the season ticket really cover all home games?

Yes, your season ticket is valid for all home games of the season. Our digital season ticket automatically updates after each match, always showing you the ticket for the next home game. The best part? This happens automatically. So, in your Wallet, you’ll always see your current ticket. For those who prefer a printed version, the season ticket will remain a static “season pass,” just like in the second half of last season.

2. Is there a ticket office on match days?

Yes, we offer a limited number of tickets at the stadium. This is mainly intended for people who have limited access to the internet. It would be great if you could secure your ticket in advance online, helping to ease the process at the matchday ticket office.

3. Can I choose between seating and standing with my ticket?

Yes, you are free to choose. Your ticket allows you to sit or stand anywhere in the stadium. Except for a few marked seats, all seating is unreserved.

4. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can easily transfer your ticket. However, each ticket can only be used once for entry. When scanning the tickets, we can see if the ticket has been scanned or is still valid.

5. Can I buy tickets for my friends under my name?

Yes, you can buy tickets for yourself and your friends. It doesn’t matter if multiple tickets have your name on them.

6. Does my season ticket cover DFB or Berlin Cup matches?

No, your season ticket is only valid for our home games in the Regionalliga Nordost. You’ll need a separate ticket for DFB or Berlin Cup matches, which you can get at the stadium on match days.

7. Can I buy merchandise at the stadium?

Yes, we have a visible merchandise shop at the entrance.

8. How can press, photographers, and videographers get accredited?

Please use the accreditation form for individual games. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].

9. Does my child need a ticket?

For regular season games, children do not need a ticket. Admission is free for children under 14. However, if we reach stadium capacity, a ticket will be required to help us manage attendance. We will notify you in advance if this applies.

10. Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

No, you don’t. We are happy to accept the digital version on your smartphone. Of course, you can also print out the ticket with the barcode if you prefer.
